Cookie policy

Extended Cookie Policy

Cookies consist of portions of code installed in the user’s browser that assist the Data Controller (hereinafter “Fidia”) in providing the service based on the purposes described. Some of the purposes for which Cookies are installed may also require the User’s consent. It should be noted that the installation of Cookies and other tracking systems operated by third parties through the services used in this website cannot be technically controlled by Fidia; any specific reference to Cookies and tracking systems installed by third parties is therefore to be considered as indicative. To obtain complete information, the User must consult the privacy policy of any third party services listed in this document. In addition, given the objective complexity of identifying the technologies based on Cookies and their very close integration with the operation of the web, Users are invited to contact Fidia for further information concerning the use of Cookies and any use of the same – for example by third parties – made through this website

Fidia may install programs on the hard disk of Users’ computers, commonly known as “Cookies, in order to collect Browsing Data, i.e. data concerning the user’s first level domain name (e.g.”internetserviceprovider.com/net/it”, date and time of access and pages visited). Fidia warrants that Cookies do not have any harmful effect on Users’ computers and on the programs that are installed on them.

For practical reasons, Cookies may be configured in such a way as to automatically install themselves on Users’ hard disks; for the same reasons, Fidia could use not only session Cookies (which are deactivated when Users close their browser), but also persistent Cookies (able to remain installed on Users’ computers even after they are switched off).

This website makes use of statistical services that allow Fidia to monitor and analyse traffic data and keep track of the User’s behaviour. In particular, Google Analytics is used, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. which uses the personal data collected in order to track and examine the use of this application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google Inc.;

The latter may use the personal data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its advertising network. Please note, therefore, that the personal data collected are in fact Cookies and Browsing Data and that the place of processing is in the USA; please refer to Google’s “Privacy Policy” page for further information.

Session Cookies are used exclusively to collect the data necessary for browsing this Website and do not allow the collection of personal data identifying Users themselves.

Fidia reminds Users that they have the possibility to refuse the automatic installation of Cookies on their hard disk by activating an opt-in system, changing the browser settings to display a “pop-up” message on the screen of Users’ computers, which alerts Users of receipt by the Website of a Cookie, thus allowing Users to decide whether to accept or refuse its installation on their hard disk.

Browsing and technical Cookies.

This website uses the following cookies for the purposes indicated in relation to each of them:
