This policy is provided pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Arts. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 (“GDPR”) in order to inform users of the website http://hymovis.it (hereinafter “Website”) of the processing of personal data carried out during the course of browsing itself or for processing the data provided by Users via the toll-free number.

This policy is not applicable to the processing of personal data as a result of browsing the websites and social networks of which Fidia is not the Data Controller and which, however, can be accessed by means of links in the pages of this Website. Fidia has no power of control over the websites and social networks mentioned above and, therefore, declines any liability for the processing of personal data implemented through the same. Please consult the privacy policy of each website and social network before browsing them.

Type of Data Collected and processing purposes

Browsing data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with the identified data subjects involved, however, due to its very nature, it may allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.

Sources of data used

The personal data of Users processed for the purposes indicated above is collected from two different sources and precisely:

  • from the “Contact Us” form of the Website;
  • from the Toll-Free Number indicated on said Website;

The browsing data collected through the Website is anonymous.

Processing methods and storage

The anonymous browsing data is processed by Fidia for the sole purpose of improving the Content published on the Website, preparing statistical analyses, which only process aggregated data relating to browsing on the Website, and conducting market research and analysis of the technical functionality of the Website.

The personal data provided voluntarily is processed by Fidia in order to comply with Users’ requests and, subject to explicit and prior consent of said Users, for commercial activities, including delivery of products against  orders and marketing within the terms set out above.

The personal data of Users will be processed mainly at the registered office of Fidia, at the address indicated above.

Personal data held for the above purposes is processed correctly, lawfully and transparently, using automated tools. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use and unauthorized access.

Stored data is intended exclusively for internal use and may be processed only by Fidia or any persons in charge of processing, employees or contract workers of Fidia, specifically informed about the limits set by law on data processing and processing methods. Fidia, in accordance with its organisational structure, declares that it has appointed

Persons in charge of processing personal data in the various Divisions, Services, Plants and Departments.

Fidia has also appointed external data processors, in compliance with Articles 29 of the Privacy Code and 28 of the GDPR, ensuring that, in turn, each has complied with the same legal requirements, according to its organisational structure.

The names of the persons in charge of processing and of data processors will be disclosed upon specific request by the Users concerned.

Fidia stores the personal data collected automatically by the operating systems and programs of the Website, such as personal data voluntarily communicated by Users, only for the time reasonably necessary to efficiently pursue the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with all legal and ethical rules for the storage of documents and personal data.

Upon termination of processing, the personal data collected is deleted or rendered unintelligible, in a technically irreversible manner.

Disclosure of data

Any personal data disclosed by Users through the “Contact Us” form of the Website or through the Toll-Free Number of said Website or to the address info@fidiapharma.it, shall be kept confidential.

Access to and processing of Users’ personal data collected through the Website is permitted only to employees of Fidia Group Companies, the Webmaster of the Website, companies appointed for shipping and, possibly, IT consulting companies appointed and authorised by law, having an effective need to use such data and having received adequate written instructions for the processing of such data, in compliance with the principles of necessity, pertinence, adequacy, security and confidentiality.

Dissemination

Any personal data disclosed by Users through the “Contact Us” form of the Website or through the Toll-Free Number of said Website or to the address info@fidiapharma.it, shall not be disseminated to indeterminate parties.

Transfer of the data abroad

The processing of any personal data disclosed by Users through the “Contact Us” form of the Website or through the Toll-Free Number of said Website or to the addressinfo@fidiapharma.it takes place in Italy and mainly at the Fidia registered office, at the address indicated above.

In the case of use of external computer systems (cloud computing) located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), all the provisions of current legislation are adopted and, in relation to the flow of data abroad, safeguards are adopted that legitimise its transmission, such as the adoption of standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission of the European Union.

Optional nature of data provision

Except as specified above regarding browsing data, the provision of any other personal data requested by users of this Website is optional and entirely at the User’s discretion. Failure by the User to provide personal data does not involve any negative consequences for the User.

The only consequence of any revocation of consent by the User will be termination of the services provided by Fidia through the Website to such Users, in particular the answers to informative queries.
